🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Device or software incompatibility

  • Download issues caused by poor internet connection

  • “Accidental purchase” without valid proof

  • Products that have already been downloaded and used

  • Refund requests made after 48 hours from purchase
